Filey Bay is a new brand of English single malt whisky distilled near the north Yorkshire coast.  The whisky is an authentic expression of the local Yorkshire terroir with all stages, from the growing of barley to distillation, taking place within a small radius.  The range includes Flagship, a creamy and fruity whisky with flavours of citrus, caramel, honey and vanilla, while the Double Oak is matured in ex-Bourbon and virgin oak casks and is fruity and spicy with flavours of cream soda, banana bread, tropical fruit and toasted oak.  Filey Bay whiskies are non chill filtered and they don’t use any artificial colouring.

Morgan from Filey Bay, a Yorkshireman who is absolutely passionate about whisky, will be joining us to give a tutored tasting of 6 drams.
