When you place your order, you can add additional delivery instructions to your order to help your driver deliver your parcel without any delay. Simply fill in the box titled 'Add a note for your delivery driver here' on the checkout page. You can find this box at the bottom of the checkout page in the 'Add delivery instructions' section. Please use this section to instruct your driver on a specific place to leave the package(s) if the recipient is out, such as 'If out leave with neighbour'. If you do not provide any instructions, Parcelforce will leave a card and your delivery will be delayed. If there is no-one over the age of 18 available to receive the local delivery, we will contact you to make arrangements.

Description
Vincent Carreras has been working in wine industry for 13 years. For nine years he worked for a winery in the south of the Roussillon – Andy Cook’s Mas Cristine and Coume del Mas. Working in the vineyard, cellar and commercial activities – the whole shebang!
For four years now he has been employed by a family winery based in Maury - Clos des Vins d'Amour. Who work 25 hectares organically in the west of Roussillon. Mostly in commercial activities, but also working in the cellar.
Alongside this, in 2016, Vincent started a new project - Domaine Odyssée. The 3.5ha of vineyards are in Calce and Baixas, in a heart of Roussillon. The sites are small, but unquestionably some of the most beautiful we have seen.
Vincent draws on the experiences mentioned above and his time in New Zealand (2011), Argentina (2012) and Bordeaux 2011 to help fully realise what he has there in his exceptional terroir.
Vincent works organically, using no weedkillers, no chemical products. He works by hand and with organic fertilizer (he is in conversion right now). He harvests his parcels by himself with friends and family.
In the cellar, Vincent’s philosophy is a minimum of intervention – “To keep the fruit and the terroir”.
The wines are extracted gently with just a little pump over. No filtration, no fining. The only preservative is a little dose of sulphites in very low quantities at bottling “It is important for me the stabilise the wine in respect of the future customers”.

DELIVERY
You can choose to have your order delivered or arrange click and collect in store (more info below). Delivery is FREE on orders of £60 or more (Cambridge and surrounds) and £120 or more (UK wide) to a single address in mainland Great Britain.
We normally aim for next day delivery as far as possible (Monday – Friday) on orders placed before midday. Orders placed in the afternoon will be processed the morning after, on a next day service. Orders placed from Friday midday until Sunday will be processed and made ready for dispatch the following Monday.
Customers should receive notification from our couriers by text when their order is en route.
Unfortunately, issues in the supply chain can mean longer than normal delivery times may be experienced.
Age Verification Policy
When our drivers deliver any age-restricted products to the delivery address they may ask for proof of age. As a licence holder we have responsibility for the sale and supply of alcohol. One of our responsibilities is to ensure we do not sell age-restricted products online to people who are under the minimum legal age. On our website you will notice that many products carry a notice that they are only for sale to people of legal age. During the check out process you will be asked to confirm that you are of legal age to purchase any age-restricted products. You will not be able to check out without providing that confirmation.
